I fostered Noah when he had been found locked in a barn for 3 months, with 3 other dogs! They ate whatever they could find. He didn't know how to be a dog. After he was healthy enough for adoption, I took him to 3 adoption events and people just looked over him. After the 3rd one, I knew he was home, with me!
