Akela

Akela (a kee la) is an 8 year old German Shepherd, Pitbull, Red Heeler, Boxer mix. He loves chicken, playing ball and back scratches. He is a wonderful friend and guard dog on our semi-remote, off-grid home in the NE corner of Washington State. His name comes from the kid's favorite movie, "Jungle Book". We love him like a brother and raised him to know that we are his Pack Leaders.
